Meet the Groups
We started with a strong but committed set of groups. Over the years we have added more and now groups are spawning “baby” groups. WAF is in two countries – Kenya and Malawi – in Africa. Members of the Board make regular visits to the groups. Here are the groups that make up Walking with Africans.
Groups in Kenya
Our aide worker, Paulinah coaches 8 WAF Microfinance Groups in and around Kibwezi, Kenya. She teaches new groups how to table bank, she encourages groups to overcome challenges, and she celebrates successes with the teams.

WAF has been a part of the Kibwezi, Kenya community since 2009. Kibwezi is a small town, about halfway between Nairobi, the capitol of Kenya, and Mombasa, an important seaside port.
Groups in Malawi

WAF has been a part of the Malawi community since 2011?. There are several small towns that house the groups.
